-Originally hailing from Upstate New York, Rachel Reynolds brings a powerhouse of academic excellence and clinical precision to the world of aesthetic medicine. Her journey began with a deep-rooted passion for the biological sciences, earning her first Bachelor of Science at SUNY Geneseo, followed by a Master’s degree in Biology from Binghamton University.  Rachel’s commitment to patient care led her to further her education at Binghamton, where she obtained her Bachelor’s in Nursing and ultimately her Master’s in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Upon moving to Delaware, she completed a rigorous 9-month residency program at Christiana Hospital, solidifying her foundation in high-level medical care.

 

A Pioneer in Craniofacial & Regenerative Aesthetics

 

-Rachel’s career took a specialized turn when she immersed herself in TMJ and craniofacial pain management. By completing a specialized residency and working alongside elite dentists, she became the first Nurse Practitioner on the East Coast trained in this highly technical specialty.

In September 2021, Rachel began performing facial injections for her TMJ patients. What started as a therapeutic necessity to alleviate pain quickly evolved into a passion for cosmetic artistry. She realized that her deep understanding of facial anatomy allowed her to not only heal but to enhance. To provide truly holistic care, she later earned a Post-Master’s Certification in Psychology, making her a Dual Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.

 

Global Expertise & National Leadership

 

-Rachel has honed her craft on a global stage, mastering patented injection techniques through extensive training across England, Scotland, and Sweden. Her reputation for excellence led her to serve as a Medical Director for a prominent medical spa from 2023 to 2024, before realizing her vision of a patient-centered sanctuary: Refresh Aesthetics, which she opened in 2024.

Today, Rachel is recognized as a leader in the industry:

• National Injector Trainer: She is honored to travel the country training other providers for premier companies like Prollenium.

• InMode Excellence: Her practice, Refresh Aesthetics, serves as an official demo site for InMode Technologies, a testament to her high level of technical skill and knowledge.
